ブライト・アイズ　9年ぶりの新アルバム『Down in the Weeds Where the World Once Was』発売　新曲MVあり

再始動したコナー・オバースト（Conor Oberst）率いるブライト・アイズ（Bright Eyes）。9年ぶりの新アルバム『Down in the Weeds Where the World Once Was』を海外で8月21日発売。リリース元はDead Oceans。

スタジオ・アルバムのリリースは2011年の『The People's Key』以来。

新作には、すでにシングルとしてリリースされている「One and Done」「Forced Convalescence」「Persona Non Grata」も含んだ全14曲を収録。アルバムにはベースにレッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパーズのフリー（Flea）、ドラムとパーカッションにマーズ・ヴォルタ／クイーンズ・オブ・ザ・ストーン・エイジのジョン・セオドア（Jon Theodore）が参加しています。

この作品から新たに新曲「Mariana Trench」のミュージックビデオが公開されています。
