ジェームス・ブラウンのバック・コーラスを30年以上務めたマーサ・ハイが新曲「A Little Spark」を公開

ジェームス・ブラウン（James Brown）のバック・コーラスを30年以上にわたって務めた“ファンキー・ディーヴァ”、マーサ・ハイ（Martha High）が新曲「A Little Spark」を公開。Martha high & The Italian Royal Family名義。この曲は新アルバム『Nothing's Going Wrong』に収録。

アルバムは海外で2020年1月10日発売。リリース元はイタリアのレーベルBlind Faith Records。新作はイタリアのプロデューサーLuca Sapioがプロデュース。Luca Sapioは、全曲のソングライティングとアレンジをThe Italian Royal Familyと共に担当。

インフォメーションによると、新作は、イタリア映画のサウンドトラック（ピエロ・ピッチオーニ、エンニオ・モリコーネ、ルイス・バカロフに触発された）の黄金時代を彷彿とさせる、ファンキーなブルースと豪華なホーン・アレンジをミックスさせたアルバム。
